Together with the Spanish Football Federation and Iberdrola, we launched ‘GamHer’, the first online women’s tournament with players from Primera Iberdrola, to support the fight against the COVID-19.

A virtual women’s football initiative, with the support of Primera Iberdrola, to raise funds for the donation of protective material to healthcare personnel, through the NGO “Médicos del Mundo”. The tournament was held from April 29th, with the draw of the participants, until May 8th, when the final between the Spanish team and another international team was held.

The championship, narrated by the sports journalist Rubén Martín and some of the best known youtubers, such as DjMariio, could be followed through the official digital channels of the Spanish Football Federation (Twicht channel and youtube channel).

A virtual event that was worthy of its participants, elite sportwomen and Iberdrola ambassadors, including Sandra Sánchez, María Vicente, Teresa Portela and Loida Zabala.

Women, Health and Sport Tour has the objective of promoting the role of women in sport. This initiative is carried out in cities all over Spain giving the participants the possibility to practice sports with the federations, talks about healthy habits, competitions and a stage where different recreational-sports activities are carried out. Komodo is in charge of the design, organization and production of the event, which is set up during the different cities throughout Spain. In 2018 the tour went to Murcia, Seville, Santander, Zaragoza and Gijón and in 2019 to Oviedo, Cáceres, Granada, Huelva and soon to Pontevedra.
